Supporting Our Teachers & Staff

The Cedar Hills Elementary PTO is proud to support our incredible teachers and staff through our Staff Grant Program. These grants help fund classroom projects, supplies, and enrichment opportunities that directly benefit our students.

💡 Who Can Apply

All Cedar Hills teachers and staff are invited to submit requests for funding to support classroom or school-related needs.

Examples include:

• Classroom supplies or learning materials

• Books or technology tools

• Special projects or events

• Student incentives or enrichment activities

📝 How to Apply

Please complete the online form below with your request details. The PTO reviews applications on a rolling basis and will contact you once your request has been reviewed.

🕒 Review Process

• Applications are reviewed by the PTO Board at regular meetings.

• You’ll receive an email once your request has been approved or if more information is needed.

• Please allow up to 2–3 weeks for review and processing.
