PTO Board Meetings are held at CHE and agendas will be posted HERE prior to the meeting. Attendees from our community are welcome to provide feedback during the first 15 minutes of the meeting.

EDUCATIONAL ENHANCEMENT FUND OR EEF
The EEF helps PTO bring enhancements to Cedar Hills with the help of your donations. 100% of your investment will fund enhanced learning activities that every child benefits from:
- FIELD TRIPS/CULTURAL ARTS: Bus Transportation & Entrance Fees, Learning Excursions/grade level presentations/school wide performances/presentations
- EXTENSION ENHANCERS: Staff-sponsored After-School Clubs designed around curriculum; not tutoring
- SUMMER LIBRARY HOURS: 2 hours weekly in June/July - 10 weeks
- VISITING AUTHOR: 2 presentations (author booking in collaboration with CHE Librarian)
- SUPPORT MATERIALS/RESOURCES: School-wide Structured Literacy Resources, Online Learning -Power Knowledge, Discovery Education, BrainPop/BrainPop Jr, Pebble Go and Pebble Go Next, Mystery Science
- STAFF INNOVATION GRANTS: Money for grade-level/individual projects related to student learning & objectives
- AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS: Staff lead clubs that bring additional educational fun to students at school during after school hours
Cost to fund these activities for the year is $75 per child.
This is less than $10 per month!

With paid membership you receive notifications about PTO events, access to the school directory, easy access to sign up for PTO activities and see full website content. This fee also supports our PTO Operating costs such as our family events, staff appreciation, field day, 5th grade farewell, CHE Cares, insurance, printing, website fees, tax fees, banking fees. Since we aren't sending home paper flyers this year - try syncing the PTO Calendar to your phone calendar. All of the important PTO dates & deadlines will automatically be added to help you remember!
It’s the easiest way to keep your personal calendar up to date!
SYNC YOUR CALENDAR NOW follow these simple steps:
1. Make sure you are logged in to your account on the PTO website.
2. Under SIGN UP/FORMS menu select My Calendar Subscriptions.
3. Scroll down to view the available calendars.
4. Click on Subscribe for the calendars you'd like to sync.
PLEASE NOTE:
-The PTO calendar has PTO related events and does NOT include all school/district events.
-Volunteer opportunities that originated from the website forms appear on your calendar, not that were generated through sign up genius or another website.
**You can sync your calendar with your iPhone or if you are running Outlook, Mac OS X Calendar, or another calendar program that recognizes iCalendar (ICS) format subscriptions.
