PTO is the best way we have found to get involved in the life and education of our kids at Cedar Hills Elementary. Through PTO, we —parents, teachers and community members— get to combine our skills and enjoy the fruit that comes from working together for the good of children in our community.

WEBSITE INFORMATION:
To stay up to date on PTO information, as well as to make purchases and sign up to volunteer, you'll first need to create a free account on this site.
If you already have an account with another organization on Membership Toolkit (ie.PRMS PTO or a BV HS or other school that used Membership Toolkit):
1) Click LOGIN/Register.
2) You will be prompted to review/complete your family information.
3) Add your student(s). Remember to use their current 2023 - 2024 grade.
4) Review your directory publish preferences.
If you are already registered on our CHE PTO but need to add another student:
1) Click LOGIN/Register.
2) Sign in.
3) Click on 'My Account'.
4) Click on Family Information. On the 2nd page, click 'I have another student'. Remember to use their current 2023- 2024 grade.
If you do NOT have an account with another organization:
1) Click LOGIN/Register.
2) Create an Account.
3) Enter Your Email and a Password.
4) You will be sent an email with a link to verify your email. You must click on this link within 2 hours.
5) You will then be prompted to fill out your family and student information. When filling out family & student information, remember to use their current 2023-2024 grade. You will then be prompted to fill out your directory and publish preferences. Once complete, your account will have all active Sales and Volunteer Forms.
Once you have created your account, you'll be able to make purchases or sign up to volunteer! If you are ever looking for a form and it is not in your My Accounts Page, make sure you have a green check mark by Family Information AND Directory & Publish Preferences. If you don't have the green checkmark, you need to click on the form to update it.

Social Media is a great way to keep up to date about what's going on in the CHE Community.
3) VOLUNTEER & BECOME A PTO MEMBER
Whether you have 30 minutes or larger chunks of time, there is a place for you! Many of our volunteers and PTO Board Members work full or part-time so there is room for everyone!
