The 5th Grade Farewell is a special tradition at Cedar Hills Elementary, celebrating the accomplishments of our graduating class before they move on to middle school. This milestone event is made possible through the generosity of our families, PTO, and community partners.

Platinum Sponsor – $1,000

Gold Sponsor – $500
